Park City shines in the spring, and there is plenty of time to ski during the springtime in Park City. The sun shines bright amidst clear blue skies, and the snow is still plentiful.
The Salt Lake City-Utah Committee for the Games announced Wednesday that it has identified 13 proposed venues as part of its bid to bring the 2034 Winter Olympics to Utah. According to a press release, the plan includes several existing venues. It also includes bringing new events in skiing and snowboarding big air closer to downtown Salt Lake.
Wildwood Reserve, located just 30 minutes from downtown Park City and 15-minutes from the back side Deer Valley Gondola, is a new breed of private luxury mountain community. The premiere 96-homesites of the 2,500 Benloch Ranch area have been carved out as Wildwood Reserve for the most discerning owners. Homesites offer sweeping views of the Jordanelle Reservoir in foreground against a backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains. Amenities like a clubhouse and trails are planned, but not yet built, for the master community. Wildwood Reserve owners have a voice through the HOA and can participate in shaping the direction of the seven phase Benloch Ranch.

Existing-home sales jumped by nearly 10% in February, the largest monthly increase in a year, as home prices continued to soar, the National Association of REALTORS® reported Thursday. And with housing inventory rising in many markets, home buyers are finally finding more options.
