Deer Valley East

Deer Valley East is coming online, with the opening of the Keetly Lift in the next few weeks and skiing from the top of Bald Mountain to bottom of Deer Valley East.

Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Deer Valley will combine legendary Four Seasons service with a seamless mountain experience. Designed by ODA Architecture, the development features 134 guest rooms and suites, along with 123 fully-serviced private residences ranging from 1,200 to 7,000 square feet. With unparalleled ski-in/ski-out access, 55 residences will sit atop the resort, while 68 owner-exclusive units in an adjacent building will offer additional resident-only amenities.

The resort is part of Deer Valley’s new East Village, located at the base of a 3,700-acre ski terrain expansion. This will make Deer Valley one of North America’s largest ski resorts, adding enhanced slopeside access, skier services, retail, dining, and après-ski venues. Four Seasons aims to create an unparalleled luxury retreat in this iconic destination.

CORMONT comprises five residential towers that surround the grand plaza. Warm materials, such as local stone and wood, have been used to dress these buildings to harmoniously blend the beautiful structures with the surrounding nature. Cormont residents will enjoy a full range of modern lifestyle amenities. With active ground floors and layered resort experiences throughout the village, Cormont will open a world of possibilities within steps of your home.
